Auburndale Village Park Shelterhouse

This building is located in our village park and is available for rental throughout the year. This building contains a full kitchen, complete with stove, 2 refrigerators, and microwave. There is a bar and tap hookup for beverages. 24 tables with chairs are available for your use. The following prices apply for rental:

Any Auburndale resident (must have an Auburndale address) the rate would be $100 deposit to hold the date. The date of occupancy $125 is charged. Your deposit of $100 is returned only if proper cleaning is done.

Non-Auburndale Residents are charged $100 deposit to hold the date. The date of occupancy $150 is charged. Deposit is returned only if proper cleaning is done.
